Refund & Return Policy

At Dreamy Dwellings, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer a customer-friendly experience with a hassle-free return and replacement process. Please review the details below before initiating a return.

Return & Replacement Policy:

We offer replacements in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The product arrived in a damaged condition.

To ensure safe return shipping, kindly retain the original packaging, including all cushioning and protective materials. Please note, we do not process refunds, but we will gladly replace the product with the same or an alternative item of equal or lesser value in the above cases.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change. However, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or alterations at this time. We appreciate your understanding and are working to introduce a cancellation window in the near future.

Return Process:

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product for the following reasons:

• Damaged product
• Manufacturing defect

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dreamydwellings.in with two photos: one showing the damaged part and one of the entire product. Our Quality Assurance team will review your request to confirm eligibility. If accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide you with the necessary documents for the logistics partner. Please allow 2-3 business days for pickup arrangements and 4-6 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.

Once we receive the product, our team will verify its condition and promptly initiate the replacement.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying materials such as tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and invoices. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
