Return Process:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product for the following reasons:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@dreamydwellings.in with two photos: one showing the damaged part and one of the entire product. Our Quality Assurance team will review your request to confirm eligibility. If accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup and provide you with the necessary documents for the logistics partner. Please allow 2-3 business days for pickup arrangements and 4-6 business days for the product to reach our warehouse.
Once we receive the product, our team will verify its condition and promptly initiate the replacement.
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, along with all accompanying materials such as tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and invoices. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
